It all started in 1995. Interestly enough, we met online before online dating was even a thing. It did't take long before we met in person and by September of that year, we married. And here we are over 30 years later more in love than we were then.
Jim is now retired, as am I. He had a very successful and long career as a peace officer and I am a retired school teacher. We have focused on doing things we enjoy. We are also avid Toastmasters and enjoy giving speeches and learning how to be a more accomplished speaker. We have taken district leadership roles but now have scaled back to just club leadership.
Darlene has her own YOUTUBE channel, "Darlene's Garden and Home" and enjoys creating videos. Due to health reasons, she doesn't do as many as she used to, but aims for once a week or every two weeks. ok, that's all you need to know about us at this time. Here's wishing you a wonderful day. |
